A privately located one bedroom house is two minutes south of the Inn. The unit sleeps maximum of four people (one queen bed and pullout couch).
This unit is decorated in a western theme and has one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and living room. It has a large hot tub with fantastic views of the White Mountains. There is satellite TV and AT&T cellular service. There is a small industrial building nearby which includes some bright lights and a generator. If you are sensitive to light or noise, this is not the house for you. However, most guests are not bothered.
There is no breakfast service. This house is non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside only. Two well behaved pets are permitted. If you have more than two pets, a $250 charge will be assessed and you will be asked to leave. Additionally, if your pet loves to be on furniture, we have provided a sheet to cover our furniture from hair and damage. If there is hair on the furniture, a fifty dollar cleaning fee will be assessed. Owners are responsible for any additional damages. Pets must not be left alone in the house.
Children under the age of five sleeping with parents are free. All other children are considered guests. If more than two people over the age of five occupy the house a $15.00 charge per person will be assessed.
No tents or RV's allowed on property without prior approval. Gatherings of more than four persons in the yard or house are not allowed without prior approval.
$189.00 a night for double occupancy; $15.00 extra per person. Maximum of four people. Seven day (3pm) cancellation policy; if you cancel within 7 days you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
