This is one of the oldest buildings in town and originally used as a boarding house by Mrs. Clausen in the 1870s. Later it was the part-time residence of rancher Richie Conway and then school teacher Edna Beamon. The house was also lived in by Bill's father. In early 2000s it was renovated into a western ranch house style.
The Conway house has three bedrooms, one queen size bed and two full beds, a large comfortable living room and a fully stocked kitchen, one bathroom and a tiled outdoor shower. A/C in the summer, WiFi, and TV are provided. It has a big front porch and large backyard with a private tiled tub and views of the White Mountains.
All rentals are non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside all units only. Well behaved pets are permitted, however owners are responsible for any damages,
When you rent this house, the entire house is your group only. However, you must indicate the number of rooms needed when you make the reservation. The nightly price is dependent on the number of rooms used. Maximum of two persons per room. No tents or RV's allowed on property without prior approval. No gatherings of larger than six people in the house or yard is allowed without prior approval.
$199.00 night for 1-2 in one bedroom; $260.00 a night for 2-4 in two bedrooms; or $320 a night; 3-6 in three bedrooms. Maximum of 6 people.
