The house has 800 sq ft of charming character with a queen one bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The Hobbit house contains a large bathroom with an unique claw foot tub and a cozy fully stocked kitchen; WiFi, TV, and A/C are provided. Add a private over-sized soaking tub, a large patio with verdant lawns and gardens to complete a serene and tranquil setting. Sorry no pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Children under the age of five sleeping with parents are free. All other children are considered a guest. If more than two people over the age of five occupy the house and use the extra bed, there will be a $15.00 charge. No tents or RV's allowed on property without prior approval. Gatherings of more than four persons are not allowed in the yard or house without prior approval.
$249.00 a night 1-2 persons. $15.00 per extra person. Maximum of 4 persons. Seven day (3pm) cancellation policy; if you cancel within 7 days you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
