OLD HOUSE TEA ROOM

Step back in time, slow down and relax with a cup of tea

On your visit,  come by and experience an afternoon tea with an array of teas, your favorite pastries, finger sandwiches and finish with an elegant glass of champagne in the oldest house in Benton Hot  Springs
NICARAGUA
Owners Bill and Diane restored a 1960s beach house in 2007 near Casares and La Boquita, Nicaragua. After traveling through many Central America countries they selected Nicaragua because it is still authentic and not overrun by foreigners. And, contrary to most American's beliefs, Nicaragua is one of the safes countries in Central, South, and even North America.
If you are ready for an amazing Central America adventure consider renting our nearly 4,000 sq. ft. house (6 bedroom, 7 bathrooms, 2000 sq. ft. deck, and 800 sq. ft. dining room/kitchen). But our favorite place to relax during the day is under a large Rancho only steps from the beach and ocean. The beach is essentially private, as there is no public access within 1/2 miles each direction on the beach. Our full time caretakers provide daily cleaning, security, and facilities maintenance. For a nominal cost, they are available to cook your meals. Of course, there are many restaurants on the beach at La Boquita or Casares. Casares is a local-very authentic-fishing village where fresh fish can be purchased daily.
Fishing, cycling, sightseeing, and hiking are available in the local area. The towns of Granada, San Juan del Sur, and Masaya are attractive and fun destinations for day visits, as are active volcanoes and fresh water lakes.
For a week visit you can rent our house for $1,000.00-$2,000.00 depending on the number of guests. There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed. For longer stays the rate is negotiable. To reserve, we require a 50% non refundable deposit. However, we do not charge a cleaning deposit or any other hidden fees. We can arrange a cook, driver, and transportation as well as cycling, fishing, or many other activities for additional costs that go directly to the local vendors.
