A very private two bedroom house just 150 yards east of the Inn.
The house is decorated in a 1960s theme. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. The house contains one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, psychedelic sun room and porch. It has a large hot tub with fantastic views of the White Mountains. There is a TV in master bedroom and WiFi throughout the house. AT&T cellular service is available. A/C is provided during summer months.
This was Bill's house during the 80s and the first location Bill and Diane lived after their marriage. It is here they planned the ranch revival.
There is no breakfast service. This house is non smoking; smoking is permitted outside only. A maximum of two well behaved pets are permitted without fee. If there is more than two pets, there will be a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave. If your pet likes furniture, a sheet is provided to cover our furniture from damage and hair. If hair is on furniture, a fifty dollar cleaning fee will be assessed. Owners are responsible for any additional damages. Pets must not be left alone.
When you rent the house, the house is occupied by your party only. You must indicate the number of rooms you need when you make a reservation. The nightly price is dependent on bedrooms used. There is a maximum of 2 persons per bedrooms. Children under 5 sleeping with parents are free. All other children are considered guests. No guests are allowed to sleep on couches or floors.
No tents or RV's allowed on property without prior approval. No gatherings of more than four persons in yard or house allowed without prior approval.
$209.00 a night for 1-2 persons in one bedroom or $270.00 night for 2-4 persons in two bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Seven day (3pm) cancellation policy; if you cancel within 7 days you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
